WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* bowl of oatmeal w/ fresh peach, hot water, few walnuts, powders of pomegranate, beet & Gary Null’s green stuff
* steamed kale & cauliflower
* alpha-gorilla salad (big!)
* sourdough toast-pizza topped w/ yesterday’s thickened quinoa-dal tomato sauce
* same sauce w/ added wautéed onion, kale, pasta
* two mini jr mints

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
