* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* rolled oats w/ peach, walnuts, palm XL-sugar & Martian milk (blenderize water, green leafy veggie & couple of almonds)
* watermelon & pistachios
* leftover cool summer salad w/ added airfried potato O’brien
* rice cake w/ homemade choco-peanut paste (lowfat peanut powder, cacao powder, sprinkle of palm XL-sugar & water)
* wautéed veggie rice (Jasmine purple w/ white rice, some XL-sweet & sour sauce)

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
