* Lift biceps & triceps half-workout (will finish mañana!)
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* spaghetti soup w/ added steamed broccoli
* pasta salad w/ cannellini beans & peanut dressing

… SUN HAS SET …

* fresh apricots
