EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo (greens-fruit-oats) smoothie
* fresh apricots
* veggie poke bowl (cold dirty rice) w/ purple rice, cucumber, celery, radish, sweet pepper, blanched mushroom, avocado, few XL-croutons & peanut dressing (lowfat)
* baked oil-free corn tortilla chips, guacamole, corn on cob, steamed kale
* last few airfried potato XL-wedges from frozen (2.5g fat) w/ natural ketchup & mustard

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
