EXERCISE:

* Powerwalk outdoors 1hr 45min
* Powerwalk outdoors (again) 30min
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* small gfo smoothie w/ kale & one oatmeal/raisin XL-cookie
* chipotle smash stewtacos w/ tomato, chopped salad, avocado, few black beans in grilled corn tortilla
* homemade peach cobbler

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
