* Powerwalk 4 miles indoors w/ facial lymphatic massage

WATER:

EATS:
* fruit (apricot, green grapes, watermelon)
* chipotle stewburgers  w/ tomato, sprouts, avocado, mustard on sourdough
* few peanuts
* veggie stirfry pasta w/ leftover tomato sauce, extra veggies & sauerkraut
* gorilla green salad w/ garbanzo beans, few XL-croutons & sauerkraut

… SUN HAS SET …
