–low back stretch / strengthening
* Walk around the lake

WATER:

EATS:
* leftover chipotle rice stew w/ sauerkraut, dry carrot-sourdough toast, tomato & few apricots
* choco vegan ice cream w/ strawberries & walnut
* gorilla green salad w/ garbanzo beans & fresh peach
* veggie rice
