MEDITATION:
Proverbs 13: 19-25  “A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. [AND] Much food is in the tillage of the poor: but there is that is destroyed for want of judgment.”

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 3 miles indoors w/ facial lymphatic massage
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
* Lift biceps & triceps on Total Gym
* PT APP workout
– core cannister tune up

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate!)
* toasted veggie sandwich (inside is gorilla salad, tomato, onion, sauerkraut, avocado, bbq sauce on baguette) w/ bbq black beans w/ mushrooms, green onion & tomato on the side
* small baked sweet potato w/ creamy dressing & sauerkraut
* few defrosted jackfruit pods

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
