MEDITATION:
Proverbs 13: 9-18  “Poverty and shame shall be to him that refuseth instruction: but he that regardeth reproof shall be honoured.”

Also meditating on episodes 3, 4, 5, 6 here:

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
* Powerwalk 15 minutes outdoors in 100° weather, post-meal (love the heat, but keep skin covered)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate!)
* toasted veggie sandwich (inside is gorilla salad, tomato, onion, sauerkraut, avocado, bbq sauce on baguette) w/ bbq beans & mushroom on the side
* few apricots & Jr mints
* baked potato, gorilla salad (romaine, kale, broccoli, radish, tomato, palm hearts, corn tortilla strips, etc) & Creamy Dressing w/ some sauerkraut juice

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
