* Jog 5k outdoors doors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie
* tomato veggie soup & avocado  (Kale, arugula, onion, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce & a few almonds blended-in for XL-creaminess. Then stir-in pre-cooked jasberry rice.)
* shaved ice cream (since my Ninja Creami broke)

… SUN HAS SET …

* gorilla salad

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
