MEDITATION:
Proverbs 10:25-32

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk outdoors ~2 hours
* Lift biceps/triceps at gym
* Walk 45 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* leftover apple pie/cobbler
* creamy tomato rice soup (made w/ low oil tomato spaghetti sauce, celery, broccoli, brown rice, splash of almond milk, chopped fresh tomatoes)
* corn bread
* two apricots & some watermelon
* avocado toast on sourdough w/ peanuts on the side

… SUN HAS SET …
