MEDITATION:
Proverbs 3: 19-26  “When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.” Vs 24

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk outdoors 1hr 45min
* Lift biceps & triceps @ gym
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* baked sweet potato, mildly seasoned black beans, steamed cauliflower, salsa & few chunks of avocado

… SUN HAS SET …

* Chipotle black beans, rice, avocado, romaine, salsa

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
