–low back stretch / strengthening
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* gorilla salad w/ rice vinegar & baked corn chips on the side
* unsweetened apple sauce & cracked open a few walnuts
* spaghetti sauce w/ tomato, onion, sweet peppers, organic broccoli-slaw, quinoa – all spooned over organic pasta & topped w/ nutritional yeast
* jackfruit (defrosted from frozen)
