* Lift lower body @ gym
* Facial lymphatic massage
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
* Cycle indoors for 15 minues

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana
* chipotle veggie noodle soup w/ croutons & slice of avocado
* sweet potato-choco cake w/ fresh strawberries
* chipotle bowl of black beans, brown rice, romaine lettuce, avocado, salsa
