EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Facial lymphatic massage
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* chipotle veggie noodle soup w/ avocado Ezekiel toast & sliced tomato
* slice of potato-choco cake w/ fresh strawberries
* gorilla salad
* slice of dairy-free pizza (just sauce & mushrooms on toast)

… SUN HAS SET …
