MEDITATION:

EXERCISE:
* Lift biceps  & triceps @ gym
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
* Dermaroll face/neck (treatment 13)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominated, fruit, oats)
*gorilla salad sandwiches served w/ radishes & green onion
* vanilla ice cream w/ choco-peanut sauce &  few raw walnuts
* steamed broccoli

… SUN HAS SET …
