MEDITATION:

EXERCISE:
* Power walk 4 miles indoors
* Bicycle 90 minutes outdoors around the lake
* PT APP workout
– lower body / hip strengthening (moderate)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* leftover chipotle noodle soup w/ extra added veggies, sourdough avocado toast
* sandwich w/ tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, mustard on XL-white bun & side of XL-fries
* defrosted jackfruit & a few raw walnuts

* big plate of steamed broccoli
