EXERCISE:
* Walked 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
– lower body / hip strengthening (moderate)
* Wrestle 1 hour trying to fold larger version of THIS bed tent, whew, what sweaty fun! (They make it look so easy… NOT!)

WATER:

EATS:
* fresh melon pieces (honeydew & cantaloupe)
* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* a sweet decadent oatmeal XL-cookie
* chipotle noodle soup w/ some rustic sourdough rye toasted bread
