EXERCISE:

– lower body / hip strengthening (moderate)
* Leg day! (weighted vest: squats, step-ups, lunges)

WATER:

EATS:
* spelt flakes & rolled oats w/ strawberry, blueberry, banana & 4:1 ratio almond milk
* sweet potato & avocado sushi
* chipotle black bean bowl served over lemon-cilantro brown rice, topped w/ guacamole, salsa, romaine lettuce, served w/ plain sparkling water w/ a shot of soft XL-drink
* very veggie tomato homemade soup w/ a slice of sourdough avocado toast
