* PT APP workout
– lower body / hip strengthening (moderate)

WATER:

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens-fruit-oats)
* grapefruit w/ drizzle of honey (not exactly vegan)
* whipped potato topped w/ bbq’d young jackfruit, Mediterranean Crunch salad, Grain & Celery salad, 3-2-1 Salad Dressing
* veggie dry-fry rice (oilfree, egg-free)

* raw jackfruit (defrosted from frozen)
