* chopped cruciferous salad w/ pasta & homemade ranch
* few leftover peach slices
* sliced orange
* tostada on baked corn tortilla w/ leftover (drained) Moroccan stew + potato for topping, tomato, avocado

* smoothie (simply strawberry, banana, dark sweet cherry, dragon fruit, cranberry, water, just a few almonds)
