EATS:
* bran flakes w/ rolled oats, pomegranate, strawberries, homemade 1:5 ratio almond milk
* chipotle black beans, lemon brown basmati rice, steamed kale, avocado, small piece of sourdough
* little cutie oranges

* mix spoon of unsweetened pb & cacao powder w/ water, then dip warm piece of sourdough toast, followed by rainbow baby carrots for fiber
