* leftover chipotle rice potato veggie soup w/ avocado, tomato, broccoli sprouts on whole wheat sourdough
* chopped cruciferous salad w/ bit of XL-balsamic dressing + vinegar
* spaghetti marinara, rice, pinto beans, avocado, tortilla XL-chips
* plain sparkling water + shots of soft XL-drink
* peach cobbler served w/ plant based vanilla ice cream
* few red grapes
