* chopped green salad w/ cannellini beans, broccoli slaw, tomato, onion, mushroom & Mary McDougall’s caesar dressing w/ almond milk pulp instead of cashews
* airfried corn tortilla chips w/ low fat guacellini dip (it’s this recipe made w/ cannellini instead of garbanzo beans)
