EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 3k outdoors in sunshine
* PT (physical therapy) workouts:
– hip & lower body
* Powerwalk outdoors 15 minutes

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana & a couple roasted nuts
* fresh pomegranate w/ wheatena, rolled oats, homemade 1:5 ratio (almond to water) nut milk
* airfried shredded potato &  broccoli
* two baby figs from backyard
* veggie sandwich (wautéed onion, garlic, tomato, fresh onion, tomato, cucumber, avocado, lettuce on multi-grain sourdough bread)

… SUN HAS SET …

* few bites of leftover veggie spaghetti
