EXERCISE
* Hike across campus & up/down stairs for 20 minutes

* small serving of leftover spaghetti salad w/ whole wheat noodles, cubed boiled white potato, fresh celery, radishes, kale, tomato, olives & Italian dressing
* blackbean bowl w/ limey brown rice, salsa, very few XL-sauteéd veggies (onion, bell peppers), guacamole & chopped romaine lettuce
* pizza toast w/ cauliflower dairy-free cheesy sauce, Italian tomato sauce, mushrooms, fresh sliced onion, tomato & pizza seasonings on multigrain sourdough toast
* small section of mini choco/crispy rice bar (~2g fat)
