EXERCISE:

* Multiple stairs up/down throughout the morning

* veg sushi (rice, cucumber, avocado, ginger all wrapped in Nori sheets) w/ homemade dressing
* pizza toast(!) w/ cauliflower cheesy sauce, mushrooms, fresh sliced tomato & pizza seasonings on multigrain sourdough toast w/ airfried oilfree shredded potato w/ jalapeño sauce
* watermelon
* small bowl of grapenut flakes w/ backyard peach & almond milk
