Day 129 of Year 10  Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Lift lower body @ gym
* Powerwalk 3 miles outdoors in sunshine
* In-pool water workout, lower body

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* fresh mango
* leftover brown rice, grilled eggplant, cilantro salad w/ no oil, but add lemon instead
* veggie sandwich on ciabatta (tomato, mushroom, onion, green chili’s, lettuce w/ mustard) & dill pickle
* fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries)

… SUN HAS SET …

  • attended outdoors poolside movie & ate some veggies w/ hummus (contained olive XL-oil, but the movie was great!)

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
