EXERCISE:
* Traversed MANY flights of stairs on campus today
* Mini-hikes across campus

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* wheatena hot cereal w/ raspberries, vitamin C & green stuff powder, slivered raw almonds, defatted choco-peanut butter powder, water & splash of almond milk
* leftover black beans, steamed spinach &  lemon-lime rice all heated up in my office airfryer oven
