EXERCISE:

* wheatena high fiber hot cereal w/ blueberries, powders, water & splash of almond milk
* banana
* steamed broccoli, very veggie spaghetti w/ red lentil noodles
* rustic bread for very veggie sandwich (cabbage, mushrooms, cucumbers, tomato, chopped brussel sprouts, red onion, etc) w/ homemade mayo (combine spoonful of lowfat  coconut yogurt, brown crunchy stone-ground dijon mustard, dry dill powder, umami (mushroom) powder, red pepper powder, etc)
* leftover (from frozen) Moroccan stew
* sliced orange
