* huge chopped salad (kale, green cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, chicory, radishes, avocado) w/ sweet mustard SOS-free dressing
* baked sweet potato w/ vegan Nacho cheez sauce (vegan, oilfree, nutfree, made from blended cauliflower, red bell pepper, onion & white beans)
* veggie tacos (grilled oilfree corn tortillas w/ mashed pinto beans, salsa, scant amount of avocado, chopped kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, chicory)
