Day 327 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Traversed many flights of stairs throughout the day
* Standing lectures 5 hours

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ blueberries, green & pomegranate powders, splash of almond milk
* baked sweet potato, mushrooms  w/ cruciferous crunch salad & oilfree, salt free Wow-Your-World dressing
* sliced orange
* Mongolian bbq veggies w/ noodles (Although chef said no egg, no oil, I have my doubts. Next time I’ll get steamed rice instead.)
* fresh apple
