* Walk across campus, up/down stairs & standing lecture for 1.5 hours

* oatmeal w/ powders (green, pomegranate, beet, vitamin C), blueberries, steamed spinach, splash of almond milk
* Flame Broiler brown rice bowl w/ blanched broccoli, carrot, onion, grilled tofu, Korean bbq sauce
* 2nd serving made w/ tofu harvested from 1st bowl, then add homemade brown rice, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrot & Bachan’s original Japanese bbq sauce
