* Powerwalk 45 minutes indoors (pre-meal)
* Lift (leg day @ gym)

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ blueberries, pomegranate, cinnamon, vitamin C powder, splash of almond milk
* 3 strawberries
* gorilla salad (romaine, chicory, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, carrots) & starch slu tofu mayo w/ red wine vinegar dressing
* very veggie spaghetti served over high fiber pasta & topped w/ nutritional yeast
