Day 300 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 45 minutes indoors (pre-meal)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ blueberries, strawberries, splash of almond milk
* several servings leftover Moroccan Chickpea Veggie Soup w/ kale, green cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, chicory, onion, celery, carrot, tomato, apricot, chickpeas, cous-cous, mushrooms, etc & one bowl had few dollops of Starch Solution Mayo
* simple veggie sandwich on thin sliced multi-grain (tomato, broccoli sprouts, onion, bell pepper)
* one Morningstar bbq XL-wing
* two “silver dollar” potato waffles w/ ketchup

… SUN HAS SET …
