Day 216 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Lift chest & back on Total Gym
* Brisk post-meal outdoor walk for 15 minutes
* Traversed so many staircases that my calves are on fire(!) & hiked across campus multiple times

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ fresh pomegranate, some Green Stuff powder, amla (Indian gooseberry) powder, few walnuts, almond milk
* fresh strawberries & mango
* Mexi-bowl (boiled pinto beans, rice, cabbage, 1/8 avocado, onion, tomato pico)
* 1 apple & 1 banana

… SUN HAS SET …
