* Powerwalk 15 minutes outdoors
* Kettleball mini-workout indoors

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ fresh pomegranate, Green Stuff, beet powder, walnuts & almond milk
* bowl of very veggie Moroccan stew (previously frozen) w/ potato, various beans, greens & sauerkraut
* mushroom-oat-sauerkraut burger w/ raw cruciferous crunch, tomato, onion & some dry steamed beans
