EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Powerwalk 15 minutes outdoors
* Lift biceps & triceps on Total Gym
* Powerwalk 15 minutes (again) outdoors

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ a few cheerios on top, pomegranate, blueberries, sliced almonds, walnuts & almond milk
* raw cruciferous crunch salad w/ 3-2-1 dressing & one slice of roasted pepper dairy-free pizza served on my football plate 🙂
* dry steamed bean for snack
