* leftover whole wheat spaghetti w/ veg-tomato sauce (seasoned w/ Sweet Baby Ray’s buffalo wings sauce)
* blanched broccoli, cauliflower & carrots
* potato tacos (sweet & white) w/ lots of grilled veggies, salsa, raw arugula, broccoli micro-greens, fresh tomatoes & pinto beans in grilled corn tortillas
