EXERCISE:
* Jog 6k outdoors

EATS:
* restaurant Mexi-bowl w/ beans, rice, mushrooms, squash, avocado & some sauce (contained XL-oil) w/ corn tortillas on the side
* homemade vegan chick’n stew w/ white potato, yam, soycurls, loads of veggies & served with piece of sourdough baguette w/ guacamole
* plain sparkling water w/ a shot of soft drink
