Day 116 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Lift lower body
* Float on water lounge under awning

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* 3-ingredient pancakes (blenderized banana, rolled oats, almond milk), topped w/ chopped walnuts & 4-ingredient syrup (blenderized blueberries, dates, tapioca starch & water, heated on stovetop)
* fresh jackfruit
* white bean chili and Johnny cake cornbread (this time I used tapioca instead of flax egg) & lots of chunky veggies
* one small piece of dark choco-peanut cluster
