EXERCISE:
* Jog 2k outdoors (windy!)
* Lift chest & back

*  mung egg omelet (add chopped tofu, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato, spinach) served w/ homemade vegan cheese, avocado, sauerkraut w/ blueberries & sourdough
* cucumber tomato arugula sandwich on Ezekiel bread, green onion, bbq black beans, baked chips & raw almonds
* fresh veggie platter w/ guacamole & more beans
* apple sauce
