Day 39 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan

EXERCISE:
* Slow jog 5k outdoors (after 30 days… success!!)

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* shredded wheat, cheerios, strawberries, vitamin C powder, walnuts, almond milk
* smoky potato chick pea soup w/ avocado toast (chopped & combined ingredients, boiled for 10 minutes, then stuffed into Wonderbag for 3 hours… SOUP!!)
* natural applesauce
* homemade choco ice cream & sparkling water w/ half-pump of cola XL-syrup

SUN HAS SET
