EXERCISE:
* Couple of 10 minute walks outdoors after meals
* Walk-about on campus

* rolled oats w/ blueberries, powders (flaxseed, pomegranate, beet, green stuff, barley-alfalfa, vitamin C), almond milk & some cranberry-walnut toast w/ avocado
* very veggie burger on sourdough w/ sprouts on sourdough w/ carrots, guacamole & plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* oilfree air-fried tortilla strips w/ guacamole
* edamame w/ baked air-fries & natural ketchup
