* open-face toast w/ single tofurky deli slice, tomato, vegan yellow cheese sauce from farmer’s mkt (no oil, contains oats, some cashews, nutritional yeast, etc)… similar to my nacho cheez sauce, sun-dried tomato, broccoli-sprouts
* raspberry XL-pastry
* baked potato w/ yellow vegan cheese sauce
* gorilla salad w/ homemade pomegranate dressing
* XL-choco peanuts
* cara-cara orange
