WATER: (goal: > 75)

EATS:
* fudge brownie smoothie (baby spinach, banana, a variety of berries, almond milk, ground flax seed, carob powder, oatmeal)
* baked yam w/ baby spinach & sauerkraut
* fresh blueberries & banana
* vegan California rolls (rice, cucumber, XL-avocado in seaweed wrap)
…..SUN HAS SET…..
