* Lift chest, back, abs
* Water-lounge under sky

* mung egg omelet w/ cracked wheat sourdough toast topped w/ avocado & simple boysenberry jam
* air popcorn, few jr mints, couple raw almonds & one brazil nut
* Moroccan stew loaded w/ veggies (add guacamole)
