* pinto beans w/ chunks of mushrooms, grilled corn mini-tortillas spread w/ sweet potato, avocado, rice, salsa & topped w/ broccoli-slaw
* plain sparkling water w/ few shots of soft XL-drink
* few date-coconut bites
