* avocado on cracked wheat toast w/ broccoli sprouts, tomato, onion, garlic w/ steamed broccoli w/ onion & four slices of XL-mojo potatoes
* celery w/ almond dip
* white beans w/ mushrooms & ginger bbq sauce
