EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Face Exercise
* 10 Burpees while blending zinger v-12 smoothie
* played tag w/ kitty on evening patio (she chases me, chewing on my ankles if she catches me… she’s a wild animal!)

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* gorilla salad w/ quinoa & avocado toast on cracked wheat
* leftover potato tacos w/ corn tortillas, pinto beans, rice, guacamole, broccoli-slaw, tomatoes, broccoli-sprouts
* v-12 zinger smoothie w/ avocado toast w/ sliced tomato
* cracked few assorted nuts in shell
